Gajar Halwa

Grated carrots cooked with sugar, ghee and cardamom topped with nuts. Add a scoop of vanilla ice cream for a decadent treat!

Ingredients: 

Carrots, Almonds, Cashew, Ghee, Sugar, Khoa, Cardamom

Cooking Instructions:

1. Boil 4.5 oz (130 ml) of water in a pot on stovetop and empty pack
2. Cook on medium flame for 7 min, stir during cooking
3. Turn off stove, cover with lid and let it rest for 8 min
4. Stir well and enjoy
