A favorite on Indian menus all over the world! Cubes of Indian cottage cheese swim in a rich, flavorful gravy made with onions, tomatoes, cashews, ground spices, and butter.
Ingredients:
Tomato, Milk Cream, Onion, Cashew, Butter, Ghee, Paneer(Milk and Lemon), Garlic, Honey, Ginger, Chili Powder, Clove, Fenugreek Leaves,
Turmeric Powder, Green Cardamom, Cumin, Cinnamon, Bayleaf, Sugar, Salt, Cassia, Black cardamom, Star anise, Fennel, Pepper
How to Cook:
1.Boil 7.5 oz (220 ml) of water in a pot on stovetop and empty paneer cubes
2. Cook on medium for 3 mins
3. Turn off stove, add in the gravy pack and stir for 2 mins.
4. Serve hot with roti/rice and enjoy
