Punjabi Kadhi

A popular comfort food in North India! Yogurt and onions simmered in a tangy and flavorful sauce made with gram flour.

Ingredients: 

Yogurt, Onion, Gram Flour, Ghee, Garlic, Salt, Green Chili, Ginger, Cilantro, Cumin, Chili Powder, Fenugreek Seeds, Curry Leaves, Red Chili, Asafoetida, Turmeric, Mustard, Bay Leaf

Cooking Instructions: 

1. Bring 8 oz(240ml) of water to boil in a pot on a stovetop
2. Empty the pack and cook on low flame for 5mins.
3. Turn off the flame, close the lid and let it rest for 5 mins
4. Serve hot with roti/rice and enjoy

Microwave Instruction:

Empty pack into a bowl and add 8oz(240ml) of water. Stir well and microwave for 4 mins. Cover for 2 mins. Stir well, serve hot with roti/rice and enjoy
